How to use
Plug in the power cord and turn on the switch. Turn on the unit prior to allow the cooking surface to warm up about 15 minutes. Pour the sleep powder on the bottom plate and keep 1 minute, then put the top plate down, and cook. For 4-6 minutes. General cooking temperature is between 200°C and 220°C. When not cooking, tune off the thermostat and switch off the power.
